Parking

Taking MetroLink? We are 5 blocks north of the station on Taylor.

Usually guest parking is available in spaces on the north side of our building. If not, park for free or at 2 hour meters along Taylor to our east or Lindell to our south. Enter the main building lobby from the east and security will buzz you in, or enter our office directly from the south. Please do not park in the garage - residents only.

Wheel chairs can reach our office best from the north guest spaces (small curb). Deliveries can reach us best by parking in the alley or in the loading area on the west side of the building. If you are disabled and require special accomodations to visit CORE10, please call us.


Vendors

We always appreciate hearing from vendors of products or services that help us create great performing, sustainable architecture. If you have a product or service that emphasizes value for our clients, environmental responsibility, high durability, and modern design then we would like to learn more about you. Please contact Michael or Sheila to arrange a time for your presentation. 

We appreciate AIA and LEED CEUs. And, of course, we appreciate lunch.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays work best for us.

  • We usually have 6 to 10 attendees and only one with a dietary restriction (no mayo).

  • We're happy providing our own beverages.

  • Please ask the caterer to minimize packaging, straws, etc. and avoid plastic utensils and bottled water entirely.

We have the best conference room in Saint Louis, with terrific views of the "new" cathedral and convenient access to all of the Central West End. Presenting to OREN? Feel free to bring your presentation and use our wired tablet or connect to our 4k smart monitor with a cable or Google/Microsoft/Apple wireless casting for your convenience.
