West Village Luxury Townhomes in Central West End, MO

With the first project in our own neighborhood, we designed a modern adaptation of a historic CWE rowhouse, which includes 6 luxury townhouses. One townhouse faces the main street, West Pine Blvd., to mirror the historic character of old city houses. The other five follow behind it. All front doors go out to a common, long porch. Each West Village unit provides additional outdoor living space through private, second-floor balconies, and roof terraces.
