Park Tower Condominium Architectural Plans for Aesthetic Renovations

The Owners of Clayton's Park Tower condominiums found themselves with some surprise resources, but a very limited amount of time, to execute lobby, porte cochere, and parking renovations. After a false start with another architect, CORE10 took over and created a new architectural design to connect the building's late 20th century aesthetic with modern detailing, including a custom-lit screen wall to elevate the visual appeal of the building's approach.
