Trained as a Civil Engineer, Madeline has blazed her own trail to architecture as her chosen profession. Along the way she has inspected bridges and roadways, design structural systems for multi-family projects, and assisted with historic preservation documentation. She’s now focusing on understanding building design, building information modeling, and project delivery. Madeline loves traveling to further her understanding of architecture and the relationships between people and the built environment.
Robert Wagstaff, Historic Renovation Studio Lead
Rob has over 27 years of experience as a professional and has worked on a broad spectrum of projects including housing, historic adaptive reuse, ecclesiastical, commercial, retail, and institutional jobs. With his Masters in Urban Design, Rob specializes in community master planning and community-oriented urban design that seeks to improve quality of life.
Sheila Miranda, Lead Architect
Sheila’s architecture and interior design skills can be seen in numerous projects around St. Louis. Her 20+ years of experience include space planning and design, development of construction documents, and project management for a variety of retail, commercial, institutional, corporate, and healthcare clients.

Jamar Bohannon, Architectural Designer/BIM Manager
Jamar’s expertise includes drafting and detailing on various platforms. He is recently involved in a major project for BJC focusing on digital collaboration with other design professionals. Prior to joining Core1O, Jamar designed and planned photovoltaic installations throughout the St. Louis region.
Amanda Partyka Norris, Lead Architect
Amanda’s 15+ of experience showcase her strengths in feasibility studies, master planning and design in project fields including higher education, commercial, institutional, and places of worship. As a Lead Architect, Amanda leads, coordinates, and maintains project goals and deadlines.

Megan A. Mitchell, Project Architect
Megan’s background in urban planning and design punch up our current city projects and help better integrate them into their complicated neighborhood contexts. She fits perfectly into our focus on architecture for living and working in the heart of the city.
At CORE1O, Megan refines design concepts and translates them into detailed drawings and renderings, while also managing key projects and local clients.
Tyler Stephens, Principal/Design Lead
As Principal Architect in charge of Design, Tyler shepherds the design process to celebrate the client’s vision. Tyler’s experience includes master planning, housing, commercial buildings, banks, and mixed-use urban projects. In the residential arena he has completed more than 275 condominiums, apartments, and student housing units totaling more than 750,000 square feet in the St. Louis area alone.

Mike’s 14+ years of experience encompass various multi-family, student housing, senior living, mixed-use, commercial, and custom single-family projects. Zack Ebbers, Architectural Designer
Zack Ebbers, a SCAD Architecture graduate (2021) and Washington University Masters of Architecture alum (2023), recently joined CORE10 as a full-time architect. With a passion for design and a fresh perspective, Zack brings a diverse skill set and knowledge of the latest industry trends. Outside of architecture, he enjoys photography, playing drums, and is an avid pickleball player. Recently married to Emma, Zack is committed to creating exceptional spaces that enhance St. Louis.
